David Vaughn is the President and principal designer of Vaughn Associates Inc., personally managing each project, with over 30 years of experience in residential design and construction of single-family and multifamily custom homes. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado, and has over 14 years construction management experience which has complemented his design training, bringing valuable knowledge and real-world experience to the design of homes.

Vaughn Associates Inc., a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and an associate member of the Denver Home Builder's Association, has received numerous awards for the design of homes in the HBA Parade of Homes, in 1992, 1993, and 1994, and 2006 including Best Show for 2 years. Also featured in Architect/Builder and Colorado Homes and Lifestyles magazines, residences designed in AutoCAD by Vaughn Associates are an investment in design with attention to detail and efficiency of construction. Good design has great value for those who enjoy living in a place of beauty, in a home that fits their lifestyle and its surroundings.
